Anxious Preoccupied is the brainchild of best friends (15 years and counting), comedian Joanne McNally and businesswoman Nikki Lannen, who launched the brand in September 2023 with one shared belief: life is chaotic, so your accessories shouldn’t be.

Named after Joanne’s self-proclaimed favourite attachment style, Anxious Preoccupied bags are practical, playful and just a little bit unhinged. Think emotional baggage, but make it chic.

Together, they created Anxious Preoccupied because they wanted bags that could keep up with real life. Bold, beautiful, and unbothered.
