Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite what you expected. We offer a straightforward returns policy to make the process as easy as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and returned within 30 days of receipt. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Please make sure to provide the proof of purchase when returning an item.
If you have purchased a bag, all tags must be intact including the white handle tag. We can not process a voluntary return without this.
Our Return Process
- Contact us at hi@anxiouspreoccupied.com via e-mail or our contact page to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a return address.
- Carefully pack the item using the original packaging to ensure it won't be damaged during shipping.
- Send your item to the provided return address.
- For damaged or faulty good, we will gladly provide a return label for returns where possible.
Refunds
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund if the item meets the return eligibility criteria.
We cannot process a refund if the item is further damaged due to improper packaging.
- Caps and Handbags: If the original box is no longer available, please use a suitable box for the size to avoid further damage.
- Clothing: If the original satchel is no longer available, you may use a different pouch, but you may add some padding for more protection.
- Prints: Kindly use the original tube or an alternative carton tube.
We will notify you of the status of your refund via email.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and let us know which item you would like instead. Once we receive your return, we'll send you the replacement. If the new item costs more, the difference in price will need to be paid for. We will make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible!
