About Anxious Preoccupied

Anxious Preoccupied is an Irish accessories brand founded by comedian and broadcaster Joanne McNally and entrepreneur Nikki Lannen. As the business continues to grow across ecommerce, retail and wholesale, we are looking for a highly organised, driven and detail-focused E-commerce & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of the business.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things organized, accurate and running smoothly.

You will work across ecommerce, administration, stock and product planning, reporting and general operations. We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially aware and excellent with detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update products, pricing, variants and product information within Shopify.
• Assist with new product setup, launches and collections.
• Monitor stock levels and product performance.
• Support supplier orders, product planning and operational timelines.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, trackers, product files and operational records.
• Assist with invoices, supplier documentation and general finance administration.
• Prepare reports and analyse sales, stock and operational data.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fulfilment partners, retail partners and the wider team.
• Support general administration and ad hoc projects as required.

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in ecommerce, operations, retail, inventory or a similar role, ideally minimum of 3 years experience.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Shopify experience highly desirable but not essential.
• Bookkeeping or finance administration experience is a plus.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting data.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fashion, accessories, beauty or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Ability to drive and access to a car is highly desirable.

The Person

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, driven and highly organised who takes real ownership of their work.

You should be someone who naturally spots when something doesn't look right, identifies what needs attention and takes action rather than waiting to be asked.

You'll be comfortable moving between Shopify, spreadsheets, invoices, stock planning and general operational tasks in a fast-paced growing business.
