Shipping Information
Orders are dispatched from Ireland via our trusted courier partners.
Orders with Multiple Items
Items from the same order are shipped together in one parcel, as a single shipping fee is applied at checkout. This helps us keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-sale items will be dispatched once all items are available.
If separate shipments are required, please contact us before dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Estimated Delivery Times (Upon Dispatch)
- Ireland: 1 - 3 working days
- UK: 3 - 7 working days
- Europe: 5 - 0 working days
- International: 7 - 14 working days
These are estimated transit times only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, operational issues, peak periods, or courier disruptions are unfortunately outside our direct control.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking updates after dispatch.
Pre-Sale Orders
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-sale items are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. If there are any changes in the timeline, our team will make sure to update you.
Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-sale items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
We will endeavour to keep customers updated should there be any changes to the estimated dispatch timeline.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Returned Parcels & Redelivery
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect address details
- Failed delivery attempts
- Non-collection from a collection point
- Refusal to pay applicable customs or import charges
Additional shipping costs to resend the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & Duties
International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in delays or the parcel being returned to sender.

While we always strive to dispatch orders promptly on a first in, first out basis to ensure fairness, we rely on external courier partners and cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Should any unexpected delays occur, we will do our best to assist and keep you updated where possible.
